Dr. Chris Anderson
San Francisco

Growing up, Dr. Chris Anderson lived with her family in many parts of the United States, as well as countries in Europe and the Middle East. She came to the Bay Area to attend UC Berkeley, where she graduated with a degree in Anthropology. Giving up the vagabond life, she has made the Bay Area her home and has lived here ever since, except for four years to attend veterinary school at UC Davis, from which she graduated in 2001. She has worked in both private practice and animal shelters in the Bay Area, and has a particular interest in behavior. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and her small, but mighty dog, Vinnie.

Can't recommend VetPronto and Dr. Chris more highly. Booked a next-day appointment. Dr. Chris arrived promptly and treated our dogs with such caring concern. What a great service! Not only to avoid the stress of loading up the dogs in the car and managing them in a crowded waiting room, but also to receive such personal attention from a doc who clearly loves animals! Five stars for sure!

Super convenient and worth it. Dr. Chris was thorough, professional, and got along with my cat wonderfully. Wrestling an angry furball into her carrying case and schlepping around the city is something I won't soon miss. Will use again if the need arises, and can highly recommend.

Veterinarian Dr Chris Anderson and vet tech Amber were affable, interactive, conscientious, and thorough in their care of my fur ball of love, Linus. I got an emailed report of the visit with Dr Anderson's diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. She consulted with me by phone and we planned for my little guy's care. The staffers who schedule have been friendly and interested in expediting both home visits for care and providing clarification when needed. I am quite pleased with VetPronto.
